Eligibility before payment
We check the recipient ZIP before showing a deliverable recommendation and validate it again when the order is created.
Cold or frozen by default
Unless a product explicitly says otherwise, meals are prepared for cold-chain delivery and must be stored according to the instructions inside the shipment.
Timing
Your configured delivery window appears before payment and on the order confirmation. Carrier scans appear in tracking when fulfillment publishes them.
